The Content Lab is run by Anne Caborn, a communications consultant, trainer and author of 3 books.
She is also co-founder and director of Make it and Mend it, a sustainable living website and a director of Brighton Housing Trust Enterprises, which develops business and social enterprise opportunities.
Broad communications experience
A journalist and editor by training, Anne moved into digital communications over 10 years ago. She speaks regularly at conferences on a broad range of communication issues, as well as develops and delivers training courses and workshops related to effective communication and particularly its governance.
She is co-author of Information Overload published by Wiley and was invited to speak at IPCC2012 – Communicating Vision, the international professional communication conference held in Orlando, Florida in October 2012.
Content risk specialist
Anne advises companies on issues related to content risk; helping them develop the policies and frameworks that ensure effective communication – across print and digital (including social media) – while remaining on the right side of increasing challenging legal and regulatory requirements.
